AREOLA REPIGMENTATION / 3-D TATTOO
Scarring and loss of natural pigmentation can occur following breast cancer reconstruction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, or breast lift. Repigmentation helps to correct color loss, size and shape of the nipple. This procedures can also recreate a nipple that has been totally lost due to mastectomy by doing a 3-D effect to create the illusion of a nipple with a realistic areola. Areola repigmentation often requires two sessions, approximately 6-8 weeks apart. Color selection with an artistic eye and extensive advanced training is required for this procedure. Even men or women who were born with little to no color or who have lost color over the years due to the normal aging process may want to enhance their areolas to add back a youthful look.
Fees for areolas repigmentation are determined after consultation on a per case basis. Fees are charged depending upon the severity and complexity of the situation and the number of sessions required.
Prices for this procedure range from $750 - $1,495.
SKIN NEEDLING
Advanced skin needling, Medical needling, Dry needling or Skin needling, is far less expensive than laser therapy but offers very competitive results. Medical needling is accomplished by creating a "controlled injury" to the skin; it prompts the body to rebuild the deepest areas of wrinkled skin ... which stimulates the growth of new natural collagen. Scar tissue is also created in the healing process which essentially plumps up the skin in the depressed area. Fees are to be determined after consultation.
Focus can be placed on a number of problem areas such as:
~ Smoothing Wrinkles Fine Lines
~Removing Sun/Age Spots
~Depressed Acne scarring
~Helps minimize large pores
~Skin is tightened and elastically is restored
~Chicken Pox Scarring
~This procedure is safe and suitable for all skin types, even thin skin and previously lasered skin
~There is no risk of discoloration to the skin
~All areas of the face, neck and body can be treated
~Healing time is quick - usually healing in just a few days and the process can be repeated every 4-6 weeks for enhanced results.
SCAR CAMOUFLAGE
In cases of camouflaging scars and corrective procedures, the goal can only be achieved through repeated applications and refinements to the previous application.
Regarding scar revision-no scar can be completely removed, but this technique can help conceal some scars and skin imperfections so they can become much less noticeable. Some scars may require pigments to be added, while some respond to needling alone.Larger scars may require the attention of a plastic surgeon. Scars reject much more pigments than healthy skin, so expect the multiple sessions on scarred areas. Fees are to be determined after consultation.
